SignalShield Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 6, 2026

This policy explains how SignalShield LLC, which develops and operates SignalShield, collects and uses information to support account access, alert workflows, journaling, billing, and support. References to "SignalShield," "we," "us," or "our" refer to SignalShield LLC unless the context indicates the product or brand.

1. Information we collect

SignalShield may collect account details, contact information, authentication identifiers, subscription records, system settings, TradingView setup details, alert activity, delivery settings, execution journal entries, product usage data, support messages, and basic device or browser information.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide SignalShield, maintain account access, process billing, deliver configured notifications, support troubleshooting, improve the product, protect the service, and communicate account, product, billing, or security updates.

3. Trading and journal data

Execution journal entries, alert activity, emotional-state markers, Shield Score inputs, and related review data are used to show your account history and product insights. SignalShield does not use this information to place trades for you.

4. Analytics and third-party providers

SignalShield uses HeyCatch for website and product analytics. HeyCatch may process page views, clicks, session and attribution data, basic device or browser information, account identifiers, and the business events SignalShield sends. SignalShield is the controller of this analytics data, and HeyCatch processes it to provide the analytics service. SignalShield also uses Microsoft Clarity for session-replay and usability analytics on reviewed public-facing content. Clarity may process page views, navigation and interaction behavior, pseudonymous identifiers, and basic device or browser information. SignalShield uses masking controls to reduce exposure of sensitive content in Clarity recordings. SignalShield uses PostHog for pageview, web, and product analytics. PostHog may process page views, navigation activity, pseudonymous identifiers, and basic device or browser information. In the current SignalShield configuration, PostHog session replay, surveys, automatic click capture, identity calls, and custom events are disabled. SignalShield also relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, billing, email, messaging, delivery, and related operations.

5. Payment data

Payments and subscriptions are processed by our billing provider. SignalShield does not store full payment card numbers. Billing status, customer identifiers, subscription details, and plan information may be stored to manage account access.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements. Some records may remain in backups or logs for a limited period.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect information. No internet-based service, integration, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Your choices

You can update many account and system settings inside SignalShield. For account, billing, deletion, or privacy questions, contact support through the official account channel.

9. Policy updates

We may update this policy as SignalShield changes. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
