SignalShield Terms of Service

These terms govern use of SignalShield, a service developed and operated by SignalShield LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("SignalShield," "we," "us," or "our"). They are written for clarity, but they are not a substitute for legal advice.
1. Service scope
SignalShield provides trader discipline software for alert workflows, cooldowns, lock rules, execution journaling, review tools, and related account features. SignalShield is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, tax adviser, legal adviser, or fiduciary.
2. No financial advice
SignalShield does not recommend trades, securities, strategies, position sizes, entries, exits, or risk levels. You are solely responsible for every trading decision and for evaluating whether your trading activity is appropriate for your financial situation.
3. Trading and platform risk
Trading involves substantial risk. Alerts, webhooks, email, SMS, Discord delivery, third-party services, market data, browsers, devices, and internet connections can be delayed, interrupted, inaccurate, or unavailable. SignalShield cannot guarantee alert delivery, loss prevention, uptime, or trading results.
4. Account responsibility
You are responsible for your account credentials, system configuration, TradingView alert setup, webhook messages, delivery destinations, and all activity under your account. Keep private keys, webhook URLs, and account access secure.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse SignalShield, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass plan limits, copy restricted parts of the product, abuse support channels, or use the platform for unlawful activity.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Monthly plans are billed each month and annual plans are billed upfront once per year. Paid features require an active subscription. Features may be limited, suspended, or disabled if payment fails, billing is incomplete, a paid term ends, a refund is approved, or an account is otherwise not in good standing. Plan features, prices, and availability may change as SignalShield evolves.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Canceling a subscription stops its next renewal. Unless a full refund is approved or applicable law requires otherwise, paid access continues through the current paid billing period, including the remainder of a prepaid annual term, and cancellation alone does not create a refund. Eligible paid charges can be fully refunded when a request is received within 14 calendar days of the charge. An approved full refund ends paid access immediately. After 14 days, charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

You authorize SignalShield to process account, setup, billing, alert, delivery, and journal data as needed to provide the service. Third-party providers may process data when required for hosting, authentication, billing, delivery, analytics, or support.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, SignalShield is not liable for trading losses, missed trades, missed alerts, delayed notifications, automation failures, integration failures, lost profits, opportunity costs, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Changes to the service or terms
SignalShield may update the service, plans, features, policies, and these terms. Continued use of SignalShield after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
